Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TrickRush website and mobile application ("Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to play skill-based games for real money under applicable local/state laws. TrickRush does not permit players residing in restricted states such as Assam, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim, or Telangana to participate in real-money games.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your account as needed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Game Rules

All games hosted on TrickRush, including Points Rummy, Pool Rummy, and Deals Rummy, are skill-based and follow standard rummy rules. You agree to abide by the game rules, tournament guidelines, and fair play policies outlined on our Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Users may deposit money into their TrickRush wallet using approved payment gateways. Withdrawals are permitted once identity verification (KYC) is successfully completed. TrickRush may impose limits on minimum/maximum transactions and reserve the right to withhold funds in case of fraud or breach of terms.

5. KYC Verification

As per government guidelines, all users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before initiating any withdrawal. You must provide valid ID proof and bank/UPI details. Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent suspension of account privileges.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in collusion, cheating, bot usage, or any form of manipulation that affects fair gameplay. TrickRush monitors all gameplay activity and reserves the right to terminate accounts found violating our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TrickRush — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of TrickRush or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Termination

TrickRush reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate any of these Terms or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the Platform or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrickRush shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to user accounts.

10. Changes to the Terms

TrickRush may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
